ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I don’t believe we have created businesses or a world where individuals thrive, create, and contribute. I think we miss the boat because we don’t realize that we are simply recreating what we have already done or seen. We still operate from an either/or mindset. We walk around orienting to “not enough.” We think we aren’t enough, and we don’t have enough, or our companies aren’t enough or don’t have enough. With that mindset, we never call forth from us the best we have to offer.
I believe we each have unique gifts to share and stories to weave together—in our careers, in our companies, and in our world. I love to help executives, teams, and organizations wrestle with the tough stuff while pulling out the best they have to offer to create outcomes beyond what they could have seen.
I founded Corluma which is a combination of two word roots—“cor” meaning heart and “luma” meaning light. Shining a light on the essence of a challenge or opportunity while being real means anything is possible. When we do this, we thrive, our teams thrive, our companies thrive, our personal lives thrive. I’d love to help you, or your company, do just that.
